These Terms of Use govern your use of MahjMates and the MahjMates Premium subscription. Please read them carefully before using the App.
By downloading, installing, or using MahjMates ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
MahjMates grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content.
You are solely responsible for any listings, contact information, and other content you post through the App. You agree not to post false, misleading, harmful, or illegal content. MahjMates reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms. Contact information you include in a listing is visible to other users — only include details you are comfortable sharing publicly.
MahjMates Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription at $4.99/month. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings. No refunds are provided for the current subscription period upon cancellation.
You agree not to use the App to harass, threaten, or harm other users; post spam or fraudulent listings; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems; use the App for any unlawful purpose; or impersonate another person or organization.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. MahjMates does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not verify the accuracy of user-posted listings and are not responsible for the conduct of other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MahjMates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including damages resulting from interactions with other users arranged through the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
